U.S. Model 1833 General Officer’s style sword by N.P. Ames with gold plated brass hilt with a copper grip. Etched blade showing eagles, U.S., Stands of Arms and Native American Warriors portrait with tomahawk andbow. The condition is good overall with no scabbard. The sword measures 33 ½” in overall length with a 28 ½” blade, tip reduced slightly. A scarce American sword. Est.: $350-$700.
