Lot of 8 fuzes is inert and safe and from the Jim Geibel collection. 1) Belgium PRB 433 Mint condition fuze. The body has no markings. The top of the steel fuze safety handle is marked “LOT -4; PRB-64”. 2) French Unknown This fuse apparently is from a smoke or chemical agent grenade as it has a long
straight fuze safety handle. The plastic fuze body is marked “1,5 s” indicating the fuze delay. Printed on the fuze body is “SAE 2-69”. 3) German Made DM18A1 Norwegian contract. The cover has a notch to hold the pull ring for additional safety. The markings on the fuze safety handle are TENNMEK ØV DM18A1 LOT – 05 – DNM 09”. The inert detonator is a DM58A1. 4) US Unknown Experimental with typical designed striker release fuse with no markings on it. A closed clear plastic tube is fastened to the base of the fuze body. The top of the fuze has a white paper label with the word “INERT” printed in black on it. 5) Unknown European Cal./Size: 1 ¼-inces in diameter and 4 ¼-inches OAL.
Color: Light blue fuze body Manufacturer: Unknown. A plastic fuze body and a dark green fuse safety handle. Stamped into the top of the fuze handle is “15/92”. Various numbers including “1; 15/92; and 91” are found in different spots on the fuze body. 6) German made DM98 Norwegian contract. The plastic safety cover has a notch to hold the pull ring as an additional safety feature. There is an inert DM48A2 detonator attached to the fuze. Markings on the fuze safety handle are “TENNMEK, ØV, DM98 LOT 06 – DNM- 12”. 7-8) Two US M201A1 types with one marked is “FUZE M201A1; MEI00K; 007-013”.
