Soldered tin construction is smooth sides. Iron stopper chain attached to sling guide.Three tin sling guides positioned a straddle the side seam were located equidistance around the perimeter of the canteen. The shoulder sling made of a single piece of natural cotton twill, doubled over to a width of 7/8 inch and stitched along each edge. Strap has probably been replaced at some point. **Cover shows wear with some soiling, staining, fraying, and small holes all in isolated spots. Cork, hook, and chain are all still present and still intact. Strap is a little dirty. Overall in very good to excellent condition** $200-$300
