Infantry US Model 1878 45-70 bayonet and scabbard with brass wire hook. Marked "US" manufactured for use with the 3rd type prairie belt with the three rings on side. **Overall this is a nice piece in excellent condition for its age. Leather shows some wear but in good shape. Bayonet has some light pitting throughout but finish is nice. Scabbard also has some very light surface pitting in spots.** $300-$400
