An unissued, like new, original US Army Model 1904 Cavalry Lariat or Picket Rope, complete with the snap hooks and rings. A notable specimen, the rope clamps, rings and snaps hooks on this lariat all have retained virtually 100% of the original brown lacquer japanning. The rope retains the high sheen seen on only those lariats in the best condition. This lariat is an unissued specimen, still in the original roll as they came from the arsenal, and as they were issued to the troops. **Overall rope stitching is clean, tight and in excellent condition.** $300-$500
