4’ x 3’ embroidered double applique colors with no crest, Philadelphia quartermaster label dated 7-7-3 (July 7th, 1943). Many new units were issued flags prior to distinctive Insignia crest being designed. The 767th Light Armor Division arrived at Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii on 8 February 1943. On 5 November 1943, the 767th was attached to the US 7th Infantry Division consisting of the 17th, 32nd and 184th Infantry Regiments. The 767th was involved in actions in Pacific including battle of Kwajalein (January 31-February 3, 1944) where tanks of battalion are seen in many photographs and films of battle. CONDITION: poor, large reductions to field, but embroidered eagle and unit ribbons intact. (02-19473-9/JS). $200-300.
