Action, hold open, and safety all function properly. Grips show light scratches and light chips on the edges, but generally are very good; grip screw slots are marred. Nickel magazine shows wear from use, light fingerprint rust on the body, and rust on the floorplate. Holster shows wear, light cracking, scuffs and scratches, but is sound with good stitching. On the top flap there are large carved letters "S.A.M." (probably the GI who brought it back), a brass snap closure, and shows wear to the leather banding around the edge. Belt loop and ring mounts are sound. Est.: $750-$1,000. (C&R/PPT)
