WWII U.S. Navy marked aircraft torpedo camera, Type 1, Serial #4943-44. The camera is the type used by the Douglas Devastator and later Grumman Avenger torpedo bombers of WWII. The Avengers were widely used duringthe War in the Pacific and figured prominently in the Battle of Midway, among others. The camera is in the original US Navy marked wooden case with a schematic diagram in the lid and parts including:extra film magazine, case and other parts all dated 1944. Est.: $175-$350.
