The Utah Wild Sheep Foundation (“Utah WSF”), is a 501-(c)(3) non-profit organization and was formed to promote and enhance increasing populations of indigenous wild sheep to Utah, to safeguard against the decline or extinction of such species, and to fund programs for professional management of these populations, keeping all administrative costs to a minimum. The “Conservation Permits” being offered for sale were allocated to Utah WSF by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources through the Utah Conservation Permit Program.
Covid-19 Implications: The Utah Big Game Board has authorized the Utah DWR to extend conservation permits to next year, if needed, due to Covid-19 issues.
Any bid made at a Utah WSF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, online or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction, or upon terms mutually agreed upon by Utah WSF and the bidder, prior to the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the seventh business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $100,000, upon request, all issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the tenth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1 percentage point per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
Utah WSF strongly encourages Conservation Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the State of Utah. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, DOB, Credit card number, which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from Utah WSF Auction Team for verification.

AUCTION ITEM SCHEDULE
Online bidding is now open and will close, in 10-minute increments, on Saturday, April 18th beginning at 7:00 p.m. If a bidder places a bid within 2 minutes of the item closing then the items life will be extended for 2 minutes. This can happen 4 times.
