Located in northwestern British Columbia, Copper River Outfitters’ rugged and mountainous guide territory is home to many mature moose. They specialize in clients seeking a medium trophy class or meat moose. Their historical success rates are high and past harvests have been in the 38’ to 50’ range.
Depending on preference and abilities, a variety of hunting methods can be utilized for this 9-day (7 hunting days), 1:1 hunt. There are good road systems throughout the area, making it ideal for trucks and all-terrain vehicles, but boats and spotting-and-stalking on foot may be used. Accommodations will be a cabin and all meals will be provided. You can make the trip 2:1 and bring a second moose hunter for $5,500 USD, or bring another hunter for market value. You are also able to add a black bear for $1,500 USD. Non-hunters may accompany you for
$1,000 USD. All meals are included. Trophy field preparation and transportation of your meat and trophy to Smithers are included. Licences, tags, and Hunting Preservation Fund, collectively approximately $670 CDN, are not included.
