Eastern Chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation, its Directors, employees and agents are indemnified from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney fees) and damages arising in conjunction with this auction item.
It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the Outfitter to confirm the dates of the purchased event, obtain licenses and make any necessary arrangements or accommodations.
It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the HST or GST (Government Services Tax) levied by any foreign government.
All firearms purchased shall be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of the purchaser’s choice. Purchaser is responsible for any associated costs and shipping of all items purchased.
