Photograph: This photograph by SCI Alaska Board Member Ruth Cusack is “The Final Tribute” to the untold story of the life and death of a magnificent Dall Sheep ram. The photograph was taken in the Brooks Range, the northernmost mountain range in Alaska. It captures the weathered skull and horns of a deceased ram, framed against the breathtaking and picturesque mountains of this sheep hunting paradise. Ruth and her husband Louis are a remote wilderness hunting couple. They have hunted and fished in some of the most remote and pristine places throughout the world. We thank Ruth for her donation.
