Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle, .32 W.C.F. caliber, 24” octagon barrel, wood stocks with old inlays and carving plus brass tacks, no visible S/N, un-cleaned; working action, dark bore, pommel wear to forend,butt stock shows “101” carving on left side and numerous inlays including the initials “J. B. D.”, stars, moons, a horse, etc.; the J.B.D. initials purportedly are for the owner of the last acreage on the Ranch andaccording to consignor, the rifle was purchased from the Miller Brothers. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
