octagon barrel, full mag, rifle butt, possibly unique 8 leaf folding rear sights, S/N 192785B. The breech shows a “U” and broad head proof similar to the british. Small bead front sight for use with this rear. Quite different from normal 7 leaf sights found in later range 332000-510000 (See James Gordon’s “73” book page 316). This rifle came out of South Africa in the 1990’s. 40%-60% original blue drifting to patina with some light scratches and normal aging. The wood is good to very good with a light coating of varnish but no sanding with great wood to metal fit. Good action and good bore. (Antique) Est.: $5,000-$10,000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. 2% fee will be added to each invoice for packing, materials and insurance on all shipments. Shipping will be billed at cost.
