Winchester Model 1873 saddle ring carbine, .44-40 WCF caliber, serial #53054. The carbine is good overall condition with a 20” round barrel with a post front and two-leaf folding rear sight. The barrel andfull-length magazine have taken on a grey patina with the barrel address light but readable. There is light surface rust and a hint of pin prick pitting evident. The receiver has taken on a similar patina withno markings on the brass elevator and the dust cover intact. The smooth wood stocks are in fair condition with numerous dents and compressions and some filler has been added around the tang and rear of action. The butt stock ends with a smooth metal crescent butt plate with trap. The bore is good, the action functions and markings are legible. A desirable 73 that would benefit from a little TLC. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
