Winchester Model 1895 lever action rifle, 38-72 W.C.F. cal., serial #40607. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a rare 26” octagonal barrel. The barrel retains a significant amount of its muted blued finishwith sharp edges and wears at the high points. The receiver retains a considerable amount of its flaking blue finish with light surface rust evident. The hammer and trigger assembly show dull case colors in theprotected areas. The smooth wood stocks are in very good condition with considerable figure noted in the fore end. The stocks show light storage marks and a smooth, crescent metal butt plate. The bore is verygood, the action crisp and markings are sharp on this desirable octagon barreled 1895 Winchester. Est.: $2,500-$5,000. (C+R).

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
