.22 Long Rifle Caliber, 28& #34; Heavy Barrel, S/N 84769C. This rifle is a Model 52 5 shot Heavy Military Target Rifle. It has the AF PG proof marks(AIR FORCE PREMIUM GRADE) & amp; the civil defense proof on the stock. This rifle would have been normally electro penciled with a & #34;US PROPERTY& #34; Marking on it. It has a side tapped mount with a Redfield Olympic model rear sight and a Redfield Olympic Target Rifle front sight. It has 2 accessory rail mounts, canvas sling with adjustable front swivel, a metal butt plate, and the original 5 rnd magazine. The stock shows some wear but is free from cracks and major damage. The finish on the receiver retains almost all of its deep blue finish with just some light silvering around the edges from use. Overall this rifle is in very good condition.
