* Winchester Model 70 bolt action rifle, .270 WCF cal., serial #103100. The rifle is in overall very good condition with a 24” blued barrel. The barrel and receiver retain the majority of their blued finish with some loss at the muzzle and rear of action. The rifle features a ramp front and folding rear sights. The checkered wood stock is in overall very good condition with sharp checkering that appears to have been refreshed and small mars consistent with storage. The rifle ends with a checkered steel butt plate showing significant blue finish and includes a period leather sling. The rifle is topped with Bausch and Lomb adjustable proprietary mounts and a Balvar 8 variable power 2.5 x 8 scope. The bore is very good, the action is crisp and markings sharp. Manufactured in 1949, this Model 70 was manufactured in the transition into post war production. Est.: $600-$1,200.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
