Winchester Third Model 1873 lever action rifle, .44-40 caliber, 24” octagon barrel, S/N 205745B, blued finish, wood stocks, 4 piece cleaning rod in butt trap. This rifle is in overall very good to near fine condition showing considerable original blue finish on the barrel and receiver with the balance gone to a brown patina; some scattered spots of erosion and pinprick pitting; fine bore, crisp action, sharp markings and very good wood showing scattered old mars and scratches from carry and storage, mostly confined to the butt stock as the forend is near fine. A very presentable and nice conditioned honest example of “The Gun that Won the West”. Est.: $2,000-$4,000.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
