The Wyoming High School Rodeo Association is privileged to offer for auction a 2022 Commissioner’s License for Deer, Elk or Antelope.
The license will be auctioned through onlinehuntingauctions.com beginning February 2 and ending on March 5, 2022 at 5 pm. A minimum opening bid of $20,000.00 (USD) will be needed. Additional bids are to be in $500 (USD) increments.
Highest bid at the end of the auction wins.
License provided by the Wyoming Commissioner Gay Lynn Byrd. The recipients of these licenses must designate the species and specific hunt area in which they want the license issued. The recipients of these licenses must pay the full price for the license.
The tag is valid in any hunting area in the state with some restrictions depending on the species.
The WHSRA is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to promote sportsmanship, character, citizenship and a spirit of competition among Wyoming High School Rodeo Association participants and to promote the great sport of high school and junior high rodeo on all levels of competition. The WHSRA is instrumental in exposing the public to a positive image of Rodeo and preserving and promoting our Western heritage.

Auction Payment
This auctioned item must be fully paid for directly after the auction. All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from WHSRA and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that WHSRA is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.

Delivery
WHSRA will deliver the necessary paperwork to apply for the issuance of the license upon receipt of full payment. He bidder is responsible for completing the paperwork and returning it to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department for issuance.

Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.

Auction Procedures
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a $750 buyer’s premium plus an additional 3% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a WHSRA representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
HUNTS
The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. WHSRA cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. In no way shall WHSRA, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
