A big game license for your choice of Wyoming’s most sought-after animals (pronghorn, elk, mule deer, and white-tailed deer) is up for bid. And the proceeds from the sale of this license will benefit the Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt.
This Wyoming Game and Fish Commissioner License was donated by Commissioner Ashlee Lundvall. The 2021 License will be valid for one specific species (antelope, deer or elk) and for one specific region or hunt area to be designated by the successful bidder. Holders of complimentary licenses are exempt from the provision of Wyoming State Law limiting the number of licenses an individual can possess in any one calendar year. Please note that complimentary elk licenses are not valid for elk hunt areas 75, 77 and 79 which are located within Grand Teton National Park. The winner will be responsible for other applicable license fees.
Please read all relevant disclosures and know that you are responsible for all conditions of use stated in Wyoming Game and Fish Commission, Chapter 44. All sales are final and all payments must be received within seven business days after the auction is closed, unless special arrangements have been made with Wyoming Women’s Foundation.
Please see the Terms tab for instructions on how you will redeem the tag if you are the winning bidder.

Hunter must be eligible to hunt in Wyoming and must follow the rules and regulations for hunting in Wyoming. Credit card or check are both accepted. A 3.5% fee will be charged on credit card purchases.
Any bid made at the WYWF auction constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction.
All auctions are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items.
Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed. In the event the card is declined, WYWF will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, WYWF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item. If the winner of the auction refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.

WYWF does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.

WYWF makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied regarding any property or service sold at auction including, but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of WYWF.
INSTRUCTIONS
There is no deadline to submit the application and license fee. Please allow two (2) weeks to process and return your license prior to your intended hunt. When requesting last minute license issuance, twenty for (24) hour notice is required. This is to ensure arrangements are made for the appropriate personnel to be available to issue the license.
Applications with payments included can be mailed to our office without your hunt area and type. We will gladly hold your application and payment in our vault until you are ready to have the license issued. Please be advised if you are a Wyoming resident, you will need to sign your application. Nonresident applications can be signed by anyone.
Applications can be sent to us via “overnight” mail. If you would like the license sent back to you or to another location via “overnight” mail, a prepaid label is required. Department employees are not permitted to handle customer credit card information over the phone in order to provide this service. We recommend FedEx or UPS to ensure your overnight request is delivered promptly.
Once a license has been issued, a duplicate can be purchased for $7.00 at any of our automated license selling agents, including all of the Department’s regional offices.
The original application form must be returned for license issuance. This form cannot be copied. The printing of duplicate applications is intended for selling organizations who did not receive their original application or they cannot locate it. The Department will only issue duplicate license applications at the request of the selling organizations for the reason explained.
The authorization will expire on December 31, 2021. Once the license is issued, the license cannot be cancelled, fees refunded, or transferred to another individual. In addition, the license cannot be changed to another hunt area/type or carried over into hunt year 2021.
