Green Safari Africa and Tomas Kjellsson are dedicated to running a sustainable hunting operation that manages and improves the wildlife population of this fantastic Conservancy. They work to benefit the local people, they have drilled water wells and built schools and a hospital and hired two doctors. Not one dollar they generate leaves the country. The various game populations are monitored meticulously in regards of number and trend in Save Valley. Under their careful game management program a male lion is on quota. You are bidding on a 14 day classic safari for one hunter and one nonhunter to pursue Lion like in the good old days. Arrival point is Harare. Hunt to be taken February to December 2021, you may use rifle or archery, (certain animals such as elephant my not be hunted with Bows in Zimbabwe) accommodations and meals in camp are included. Not included is the $15,000 USD trophy fee due if successful at harvesting a lion. Depending on quota the hunt may be upgraded to include Leopard, Buffalo, Sable, Eland, Kudu, Giraffe, Crocodile, Hippo Hyena etc. on a trophy fee and availability basis as well as additional days. Not included are International flights, licenses/tags, trophy fees, dipping and packing, transport of trophies to taxidermist ($400), the required 2% Zimbabwe tourism levy, alcohol, gratuities and any before or after hunt accommodations and expenses. 4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
