Vintage reproduction Spanish Toledo sword. " Sword Of The Great Captain by Marto Toledo. The sword belonged to the Gonzalo Fernandez de Cordoba, general who fought in the Conquest of Granada and the Italian Wars. Silver sword, 15th century". This one is a replica of the Great Captains Sword, the medalian shows "Concaivi Acidari Victoria De Callis AD Cannas" - A decorative Italian sword composed of a carved handle in the motif of Medieval coat of arms and knight helmets. Atop the handle is a brass medallions that reads in latin:"Concaivi Acidari Victoria De Callis Ad Cannas Consalvvs Acidarivs T. overall length is approx 30", the engraved decorative blade shows the word "Toledo" at the top portion of the blade, blade is approx 24 1/4" in length, come swith pointed tip, blade edges not sharp.
