This incredible 10-day hunt for one hunter and one non-hunter in the heart of the Bushveld, South Africa provides access to some of the best hunting areas in the Limpopo Valley. Non-hunter(s) can be upgraded to a hunter at $450 per person per day.
Thaba-Tala is run and guided by Johan Swart, an energetic and experienced owner/guide that knows the area like the back of his hand. Thaba-Tala caters to both bow and rifle hunters. Experience the best South Africa has to offer for trophies and accommodations. Choose from four different hunt options with four different species.
Winning bidder can choose one of the following four options:
Option 1 - Blue Wildebeest, Impala, Warthog, Duiker
Option 2 - Gemsbuck (Oryx), Bushpig, Impala, Duiker
Option 3 - Blue Wildebeest, Bushpig, Warthog, Duiker
Option 4 - Nyala, Impala, Bushpig, Warthog
Adding additional species is available for all hunt options. Refer to Thaba-Tala price list (provided upon request).
Inclusions:
Transport for duration of safari
Accommodation, meals, soft drinks, liquor, wine, and water
Trophy fees, field preparation and delivery to taxidermy
Professional hunter, skinner, and trackers
Laundry and lodge service with cleaning staff
All applicable permits
Pick up from Polokwane airport included
Exclusions:
Air transportation to and from country of hunt
Taxidermy, export costs of trophies

Extras and upgrades will be charged according to the 2024 price list (available on request).
No refunds on nights and/or species not taken on any packages.
Additional Hunters can be added for standard rates (see price list).
Non-hunters can be updated to a hunter for $450 per person per day.

2. Credit Cards must be used for full or partial payments of auction items. A 3% fee will be charged for any credit card transaction.
3. Failure to complete the payment transaction by TBD, 2024 will result in forfeiture and we will attempt to sell the auction item to the next bidder.
4. All Heritage Tag Forms must be completed and submitted to NDOW within 30 days of auction purchase.
