Two hunters and two observers have the opportunity to join Africa Maximum Safaris on an incredible safari plains game hunt. Hunting season is from March 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, or 2026. The donation is for the duration of eight hunting days and includes trophy fees for 1-each gemsbuck, red hartebeest, blue wildebeest, impala and blesbuck to be shared by the two hunters. The eight hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the Northwest Province of South Africa. If trophies are taken early, the client will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting. The hunt may be upgraded, either extra hunters or observers at current rates (as per current price list), extra trophies to be hunted, extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as client wishes to tailor the package. This hunt is only available for the 2025 or 2026 season. Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies, dipping and shipping is not included in the donation. The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg International airport South Africa. No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt. Airport transfers are included from Johannesburg International airport; pick up and return transfer. Weapons to be used: 30-06 caliber and larger. The limitation on the ammunition is 100 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons into South Africa. At South African Customs, the gun owner will supply necessary import permit on which a temporary firearm license will be issued. Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome per current price list. Clients may upgrade to take an any available species (per current price list) to hunt on their extended concessions. Not included are arrival and departure days ($200/day/per person), gun clearance ($150/hunter) and 15% VAT tax on value of hunt. Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder, the donor and/or the shipper of their choice. HSCF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSCF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
