Outfitters have generously donated the hunts offered in our auction. If you purchase a hunt, you are responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify yourself as the winning bidder and to clarify the details regarding the Outfitter’s donation. Please consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the Outfitter's regular price.
1 Hunter and 1 Observer for 7 days/6 nights Safari with $2500, or 2 Hunters and 2 Observers for 7 days/6 nights Safari with $5000 ($2500 per hunter), toward Trophy Fees for one of these Big Game animals: Eland, Red Lechwe, Nyala, Sable. Roan, Giraffe, or Buffalo
This is an authentic spot and stalk hunt on fair chase areas in game rich land in the Karoo region of the Eastern Cape. Includes: Lodging, meals, beverages (beer and wine), PH, Tracker, Skinner, field prep of trophies, daily laundry service, hunting license, and $2500 toward trophy fees per hunters for the listed big game animals. Transportation during the hunt is 4x4 Vehicle, spot and stalk. Method of take is Rifle. Not included: Dip and pack, trophy export, rifle hire, ammunition, gratuities, airfare, airport transfers between Port Elizabeth and hunt concession at $600/vehicle (600km). Arrival and departure days are charged at $195/day plus 15% VAT on daily rates. Day trips at $300/day per vehicle. Extra hunters welcome at $400/day, non-hunters $195/ day. Hunt can be taken in 2023 or 2024. To secure a date and professional hunter, there will be a $1000 non-refundable deposit which will be credited to your account and is fully deductible toward trophy fee for any extra animals, days, tours etc. Additional animals can be harvested at current price list. NOTE: Outfitter does not allow two donated hunts combined with any other Outfitter to be scheduled back-to-back or at the same time by the same group. No gifting or reselling to any third party. - We discourage buying two or more hunts and then trying to string them together or take back-to-back unless you get prior approval from the Outfitter.

1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and the identity of the purchaser of any item.
2.DISPUTED BID: If after the auctioneer declares any item 'sold', a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
4.By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5.The purchaser is responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt or trip, and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations is allowed. Consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the regular price. Please remember to thank the outfitter for their support of the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of SCI.
6.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
7.If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
