Outfitters have generously donated the hunts offered in our auction. If you purchase a hunt, you are responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify yourself as the winning bidder and to clarify the details regarding the Outfitter’s donation. Please consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the Outfitter's regular price.
This exclusive Safari will start from OR Tambo Airport and will include 7 days of hunting for 2 hunters (2x1 guide) and will include 3 observer days which can be upgraded to hunt instead. Each hunter can choose between either a Nyala and Blue Wildebeest or a Sable Antelope to hunt. Additional species available as per seasonal price list. Safari dates can be arranged for the 2023 or 2024 season. Additional hunters are welcome @ $435 pppd 1x1 or $335 pppd 2x1. Observers welcome @$250 pppd. Special incentives and discounts are available for hunters on request.
Includes: Meals, lodging, full camp service, daily laundry, field preparation of trophies and transport to shipper. Not Included: Temporary rifle import permits (which outfitter can assist with), international airfare or requested air charters. Alcohol, wine, malt and soft drinks are also excluded. Arrival and departure days @$250 per person per day (pppd) and return road transfer @$750 per vehicle (4 pax). Upgrades are available to add days, more hunters and more animals as well as side trips to Kruger National Park, Sun City, Cape Town and Victoria Falls. Sundays will be a day of rest and charged at observer charge. Any requested alternative hunting areas will be at normal daily rates. Special notes: $1000 non-refundable deposit per hunter which will be credited to the Safari account to confirm Safari dates and quota. Safari credits are valid per hunter. One hunter can only utilize his or her own credits as per donation description. This hunt is for 2 different hunters, not a family group. No back-to-back combinations of hunt donations. TERMS OF SALE
1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and the identity of the purchaser of any item.
2.DISPUTED BID: If after the auctioneer declares any item 'sold', a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
4.By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5.The purchaser is responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt or trip, and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations is allowed. Consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the regular price. Please remember to thank the outfitter for their support of the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of SCI.
6.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
7.If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
