Itinerary:
Day 1: Arriving Costa Rica - - Schedule your international flight into San Jose, Costa Rica. (Airport Code: SJO). If Optional San Jose Transfer Package purchased: VIP airport "Meet & Greet", Transfer to the Hilton La Sabana, overnight stay at The Hilton La Sabana (or equivalent).
Day 2: If Optional San Jose Transfer Package purchased: Meet your driver in the lobby for transport to the Domestic Air Terminal, in-country flight from San Jose to Puerto Jimenez (PJM). Included in auction item: resort transfer from PJM to Crocodile Bay. Open day at Crocodile Bay for Eco Tours, Spa Treatments, or Independent Exploration, Lunch, Appetizers, and Dinner at the Resort.
Day 3: Fishing - 33' Strike Tower - - After a quick orientation by our fishing director and an update on recent fishing activities, you pick your pleasure inshore or offshore. The 800 foot pier is located only 5 minutes from your room. Boats are outfitted with top of the line fishing gear and you are accompanied by professional, English speaking crew. Daily fishing includes your Costa Rica fishing licenses, gear, bait and an on-board cooler with a picnic style lunch, snacks, cold beer, water and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Day 4: Open Day - The Osa Peninsula has been described by National Geographic magazine as the "most biological intense place on earth". Today is your day to set out and discover some of the beauty and magic of the Osa Peninsula. Eco Adventures, and Spa Treatments may be added for an additional cost.
Day 5: Fishing - 33' Strike Tower - - If your first day was spent offshore hunting for billfish, we encourage you to take a day inshore and pursue the roosterfish, snapper and a multitude of other species that can be found cruising the volcanic shoreline.
Day 6: Open Day - Use this free day to experience the secrets of Costa Rica's Osa peninsula in a variety of exciting ways. You can add another day of fishing, take in an eco adventure or enjoy doing some independent exploration in the charming sea-side town of Puerto Jimenez. Eco Tours and additional fishing excursions may be added to this package at an additional cost (regular rates).
Day 7: Departing Costa Rica - Resort transfer to the Puerto Jimenez airport included. If Optional San Jose Transfer Package was purchased: take your in-country flight to San Jose (PJM > SJO). Upon your arrival back into San Jose, your driver will be waiting to escort you back to the International terminal for your flight home. For a same day connection, schedule your International Departure after 1 pm.
