.44 caliber, 8" round barrel, S/N 115832 (1863). Visible numbers matching. Blued finish with one-piece walnut grips. Top of barrel marked with one-line New York Colt address. Grips show faint military cartouches. **Good condition overall. Barrel has a mixed light plumb and pewter patination with even wear on remainder of piece. Grips have been revarnished and have as a result made the cartouches only faintly visible, if illegible. Action is tight and functional with a good bore showing some rust frosting and visible edges to rifling.** $1,000-$3,000
