Ohio Archery Whitetail #2
Here is number two of two donations from Travis Oglesbee of Double O Outfitters. This is an archery hunt on their 220 acre farm located just outside of Jackson Ohio. The habitat is ideally suited for whitetail and turkey alike as it is a mix of agricultural, hardwoods, wetlands and sanctuary. They maintain a 125” antler restriction which ensures younger deer are given the opportunity to grow to their full trophy potential ensuring future hunters have trophy class animals to harvest. This is a 5 day hunt that will take place from 12/12/16 thru 12/16/16. Transportation to and from main camp to tree stands is included. All stands include safety lines and new tree stands for safe hunting experience. Food and lodging are not included. The Red Roof Inn is located about 15 minutes from the property which is conveniently located in Jackson, Ohio and provides discount for Double Outfitters’ clients. Hunter is responsible for hunting license cost of $125.00 and deer tag cost of $24.00. This is a great opportunity to bring home a true once in a lifetime buck. Double O Outfitters have many Pope and Young class deer harvested every year right there on their farm.
