South African Vita-Darted Rhino Safari
Ken Du Plessis has once again donated a Darted Rhino safari (Green Hunt). This hunt can be taken from February 1st through November 30th 2016 or 2017, with specific dates arranged with the outfitter. The 18 day hunt will take place in the Limpopo Valley. This Darted Rhino safari qualifies towards recognition of the Big Five Awards by SCI. Transportation to and from Johannesburg to the hunting area is included. All meals, drinks and accommodations are included. You will stay in 5 star Chalets and thatched lodges with a variety of comforts and a warm Jacuzzi. This hunt can be upgraded to 21 days and for more than 42 other species, including, Kudu, Waterbuck, Nyala, Leopard, Giraffe, impala and Eland. Additional animals are on a trophy fee basis per current price list. Additional hunters are welcome at $590.00 per day. Non-hunters are welcome at $220.00 per day. Additional charges are as follows: insurance $2,490.00, helicopter service $2680.00 (2 hours), veterinarian $2820.00 and VAT tax: 14%. Outfitter says this is a malaria free area, no bugs and no mosquitoes. This is a first class hunt with a premier outfitter and is well suited for wives and family coming along.
