.69 caliber, 43" barrel, NSN. Armory bright finish with walnut stock and three flat, spring retained barrel bands. Blade front sight brazed to rear strap of front barrel band. Iron fittings with sling swivel stud forward of triggerguard. Flat lockplate with faceted reinforced cock and detachable faceted iron pan with fence and bridle. Lockplate marked forward of cock "[eagle]/NEW HAVEN", with "U.STATES" to the rear. Very faint script "US" on counterpane. **Good condition overall. Barrel and metal parts have been cleaned with some oxidation near breech. Stock shows some handling marks and blemishes with a feathered grain. Action is functional with a good bore. Appears to be in original flint configuration.** $1,500-$3,000
